A Chromatic Symphony of Landscapes, by Moriyuki Ochiai Architects

19/06/2026

«Furniture that becomes terrain, forming a walkable interior landscape…»

In collaboration with a specialist in gradient finishing techniques, this architecture studio has presented a series of articulated and stackable elements that can function as both furniture and a visual environment.

Instead of functioning as discrete objects, the elements operate collectively, creating a spatial field that allows users to navigate and occupy the space in diverse ways, generating patterns that change over time.

The surfaces echo the layered tones of the sea, rocks, and earth, while the gradients blur the boundary between object and environment.
