The main thing: the dishes

When a restaurateur decides to change the direction of his kitchen, abandoning the traditional Italian restaurant concept to focus on dishes inherited from Jewish/Muslim traditions, you could say that his work begins to take on meaning.

He decided that we were the agency that would help him achieve this, and he gave us free rein to tackle the entire space, with the only condition being that the façade had to stand out in a very unfavourable environment.

The axis that articulated the whole concept was a single strip of light that runs along the façade and directs visitors inside, where they are invited to explore every corner, discovering colours, contrasts, materials and images chosen to enhance the flavour of his new dishes.

We know that the less invasive the interior is to the senses, the more one enjoys the cuisine, which is why light wood, exposed cement and perforated metal lacquered in matt black predominate.

In parallel with the creation of the space and the façade, we worked on everything related to the image, in the sense that everything applied to the premises was the result of how the brand and its graphic universe were evolving.
