Sabanera 99.

Sabanera 99 emerged as an expansion in the heart of an already renowned establishment in the Granada belt, Habanera99.

For this new venue, we were asked to create a more defined personality, where everything revolves around the concept of travel/adventure in the African savannah. However, its menu is an equally adventurous journey through almost every cuisine in the world: Europe, Africa, Asia, America and Oceania. Each one has something exciting to add to its palette of flavours.

Based on this character, we created spaces, textures and materials very similar to those an explorer might encounter on an African safari. We opted for rustic materials such as cane, bamboo, wood, jute rope, Sahrawi-inspired fabrics, pampas grass and upholstery in pure colours, as used by African tribes, in contrast to the more neutral earth/sand colours that serve as a base.
