Converse, Puerto Banús.
A different look
Similar to the Portal del Angel centre in Barcelona, the Puerto Banús centre (Málaga) felt that the Converse corner should be very different from other brands and centres, and they were obliged—due to their location—to offer an experience more in line with the spirit of the brand.
Following the procedure of experimenting with new materials, we saw an opportunity to introduce a new element that would define the personality of the entire space: construction scaffolding, along with metal grids and raw wood panels. A very ‘space under construction’ look, finished off with neon tubes in strategic areas and an LED system that changes colour and personality for each collection or individual area.
The result was so much to the client’s liking that it set the trend for remodelling the rest of the brand’s corners in different centres.
