Fede Hotel.

A Different Concept

The original Marquis hotel chain set out to open a new concept hotel in the heart of the city, aimed at travellers with a certain sensitivity for design.

The client had practically finalised the décor concept for the rooms and central courtyard, but needed an identity for the main name they were considering (Fede, in honour of Federico G. Lorca) and wanted to make the entire entrance, lobby and reception area eye-catching, while ensuring it blended in harmoniously with the rest of the hotel.

Using the same colour palette, materials and decorative elements, we proposed a visually striking area for the check-in zone, and taking advantage of the fact that it was fully automated (there was no reception desk as such), we included a small corner where guests could sit and enjoy brunch (from WildFood, of course) without having to go to the restaurant/cafeteria.
